That link works for 7.2 also, if you select the "Change Version". However
it's gone in 7.3.

I used to really like it for comparing PTF's across LPARs.

The boss liked it for charting CPU activity for multiple lpars.

Technically dead on anything newer than Windows 8.

Trying to find an actual EOS statement regarding MGTC and 7.3 (or 7.2).
