I have seen that. Since we had no web service running on the newer box I was trying to avoid building a web service just for this. However, it looks like the way I will be going. I was hoping to find other solutions that I could accomplish in pure RPGLE. The run remote command is also a possibility. But I think the reverse proxy may be more flexible as we may have to modify other programs if we do not get upgraded soon.
