Yeah, software PMR's have been no problem today. Opened up my sev 1
system down one that way. Actually, I've opened two sev 1 system down's
TODAY online.
I hate doing them over the phone. Receptionist only enters every 3rd
word, (if you're lucky). Online I can paste in screen shots (ok, I have
to make them a file instead of a direct paste), fill in lots of details
and if I get something wrong it's my goof.
Then I call right in and say "existing PMR".
