Sometimes you can have a ticket that's assigned to one of your many
customer numbers but not assigned to you per se. For example, if there is
a software ticket 12345,001,000 that a coworker wants me to look at I
can't find it by "my tickets" etc, but if I enter 12345,001,000 it then
associates me as an interested party and is now on my list.
Looking it up by 12345,001,000 will not work for a hardware ticket though.
