Have you tried creating a software ticket on line in the last week? I am stymied as it will not let me past the M/T and S/N section. I have opened a problem with IBM on their opening a problem problem but as of yet have no joy.

I've no problem with creating software tickets on line. But many of my
hardware tickets are IBM proactive responses and them calling me,
or me starting out with software and they getting punted to hardware. And
if they feel really nice they'll create the hardware ticket for me.
