I've seen it too. I think it's one of the reasons IBM releases the marker
PTF earlier than the TR. There's some hope you get that on before you
order the TR. And they always throw the marker ptf on the cume
(apparently, since I've not ordered the TR yet).
The problem was that marker PTF came out like just a couple of days after
I put the cume and all the latest groups on all machines.
Hmm, since it is an issue, and is required, then it's probably a pretty
good sign that the rest of the TR is on that cume.
We'll see...
