Yes the second file would be corrupted. I would delete them both. You should be able to reorder them again. Check the firewall to see if there is a large file transfer rule to slow it down. I've been running into that quite a bit lately. Otherwise call the internet provider and complain. Chances are they slowed you down but will lift the restrictions as soon as you let them know your unhappy.

some were recently downloaded, but I have to assume those image files most
