Um, maybe. I really hate the phrase "right tool for the job" in a
programming context. Especially when talking about programming
*languages*. These are very, very general-purpose tools we're talking
about here. It's like asking "among French, Arabic, and Chinese, which
is the best language for writing books in?".

Uh, which language do you know best? Which language does your audience
know best? (On this point, I fully agree with Dieter. The language you
personally know best is, for all practical purposes, the best language
in your world.)
