I do not qualify for the LUG as I only have 17 licensed cores of IBM i on
"Scale out systems". If you're using "Scale out systems" you need to have
60 cores of IBM i.

Would someone running "currently marketed Enterprise Class POWER Systems"
be running 7.1? Or, once you get on the LUG, you can fall behind a little
and they'll let you slide?
Apparently the Enterprise class 8408 does support 7.1 and so does the
scale out systems like our 8286's.
