By "resource" are referring to the number of "cores"?
I was thinking fractions of cores. Even though 1 POWER8 core is more
powerful than 1 POWER7 core if you were fixed at 0.1 on the POWER8 but
had the entire POWER7 core the POWER7 would win in a raw CPU/CPW fight.
Yes you could also increase the number of cores but then my statement
of "IF all of them are 1 Core:" would not be true. :-)
