By "resource" are referring to the number of "cores"?

Performance may also be affected by differences in application
configurations, database configurations (indexes, etc.), QZDASOINIT or
QSQSVR prestart job configurations, Tomcat configurations, HTTP server
configurations, HTTP vs HTTPS, # of server instances running (Tomcat,
HTTP), # of users competing for resources, other types of workloads which
may be competing for resources.

James, what do you mean by "fast" and "slow"? CPU time consumed? Network
latency? Stress test results?
