I'm using IBM i within the community (colleagues, newsgroups, etc) but
within the company, I call it the name of the application. I've been
trying to use the application name when dealing with end users.

Imagine that the email system will be undergoing maintenance. They
don't tell us all that 'Windows will be unavailable', or 'The Xeon will
be down', do they?
