You're in luck. Access for Window does not even support Win 8 (any--
flavor) so it most defiantly won't support 10.

All I can say is that this ISV knew nothing about iACS until I asked
about support last May, I even had to provide them the IBM documentation.
I'm holding out hope that i Access for Windows won't support Win10,
and that'll get the ISV moving. iACS is a much better program and
I'll relish never having to sit thru another i Access for Windows
install. Well almost never, there are a few things you still need i
Access for Windows for, but that's a story for another day.

The Personal Communications 5250 emulator (which is what was delivered
with the V7R1 iSeries Access Client) has been out of support for at
least 2 years or longer, therefore there is no excuse for an ISV to
not have a new solution available. The ISVs also knew about the end
of support for Personal Communications for at least a year or more
before that.
No excuse for that falderal.
