It's easy to do it with QuestView:
First, set up a file from the following DDS:

A K Z5
Then, open it in QuestView, create a user-defined 5A field overlaying
the 5S 0 field in the file, and hide the 5S 0 field. Then, you can put
anything into the field that it will take, including values with the
least significant digit zoned C.
