If you get back on create yourself a new user profile so you aren't using
QSECOFR.

If you've forgotten the QSECOFR password then it's time to do a manual IPL
and set major system options....

I have this vague recollection about something one can do from the front panel -- the physical front panel -- to unlock such a situation.

And creating a new user profile for yourself, with a password you can remember, goes double for DST/SST.
