Fwd: System iNetwork Programming Tips

Does this piss you off as much as it does me? I've complained to them so we'll see if anything happens.

I don't WANT the clutter of HTML e-mail in my in-basket. I WANT plain text e-mail.

It was bad enough when the newsletter stopped including the actual information and required me to visit a web-page to read it if I was interested. All this will do is drive me to unsubscribe completely.

I'll bet this is driven by concern for advertisers instead of concern for subscribers (much like commercial television which I rarely watch BECAUSE the ads are disruptive.

It's not as if there is a cost to supplying a plain-text alternative. I'll bet it's automatically generated from the HTML version.
