First, try a WRKJOB QINTER (yes I know it's a subsystem, not a job - just
try the darn command).
Display the joblog and see if you can determine the end time.
Then DSPLOG <F4> and set the start time about 5 minutes earlier. You may
see something like this:
Subsystem QPGMR ending in progress.
Pressing F1 on that shows this:
Message . . . . : Subsystem QPGMR ending in progress.
Cause . . . . . : Subsystem QPGMR and all jobs in the subsystem will be

ended. If the subsystem is the controlling subsystem, then the
controlling
subsystem will be in a restricted condition. The End Subsystem (ENDSBS)

command was requested from job 744999/ROB/ROBS2 by user ROB.

Now if I could just find this idiot
