I would think sales dollars are not a good indication of company
size.
Suppose a small group of two guys are selling diamonds ???
Their annual sales are going to be fairly large given the price of
the "product".
I have a client that sells commercial lines insurance.
Their annual sales are in excess of $85 million and they
employ 25 people. That is not a large company.
I thought they measure it by employee size most the time.
(whoever "they" is)

Heck, I know a couple of contractors who are bigger than $25M, and all they
have is some PC's, Quick Books, and Excel to keep track of everything.
