Most IBMers seem to refer to small as 1-100 employees and medium as
101-1000. But the real definitive answer is probably from Microsoft -
Small companies have 24 or fewer PCs and fewer than 50 employees.
Microsoft defines midmarket businesses as those with 25 to 499 PCs, or
50 to 999 employees.
You could define it on the size of your IT budget, huge as it is. I
just compare it to the industry we are in....50% to 75% less than the
industry average depending on which source you use. I'm guessing your
budget is well under the industry average as well.......
