Heck, I know a couple of contractors who are bigger than $25M, and all they
have is some PC's, Quick Books, and Excel to keep track of everything.

The figure "$25M per year" seems to be what I recall as an IBM rough
definition of the top-end of the SMB market. Your annual figure
would then put you well outside SMB.
When 'SMB' means 'Small-to-Medium Business', I can't figure how the
'$25M' amount would be the low end. That'd really mess with what a
'Small' business was. So, if it's a valid memory, it'd be the top end.
If that fuzzy recollection is worth anything...
(Heh, figures are _not_ adjusted for inflation!)
