Not to speak for Lukas, but the announcement letters referred to an
effective rating of 800 CPW for workloads with heavy I/O. This limitation
however is not due to the processor but to the limited number of arms (8)
that are available on the 515.

The 515 runs 'wide open' at 3,800 CPW and is capped only by user count.
You may purchase a second CPU to get you to approx 7,100 CPW.
