RE: TCP/IP Stating...

Guys, What I have found the error message in QSYSOPR msgq:

"CPFD8FF Error occurred in initializing the network server description
FSIOP. The reason code is X'00000005'
-00000005: Unable to start adminstration monitor job."

To answer various questions:

1. Can't use OpsNav because that network is unable to start.
2. Restarted the network various times. Even IPL'ed.
3. No configuration was changed at all. It just clapped out just now. It was
doing find and dandy until now.

The as400's TCP/IP is stuck with message "Starting...".

I am stumped. I've checked the swtich, cable, and whatnot. 

Where should I investigate?
