Quoting from the Easy400 Web site, "Any party is
allowed to sell or give away the Easy400 software as a
component of an aggregate software containing programs
from several sources."

The question is, how would you define "a component of
an agregate software"?

Based on Giovanni's post at Yahoo Groups, it appears
that he has proposed an agreement with IBM to maintain
the Easy400 Web site, under an independent contractor
status.  IBM could benefit from Giovanni's services,
while Giovanni and CGIDEV2 could benefit from IBM's
name and branding.

On the other hand, it seems that regardless of whether
IBM decides to retain the Easy400 Web site or not,
Giovanni or anyone else could create their own Web
site for CGIDEV2, and any derivative of it, coming up
with their own branding.
