stand your ground iSeries Network, dont buckle!  Either you represent
the interests of IBM and its "microsoft sucks because I dont make any
money from MS" vendors, or you represent the interests of programmers
and users who need to make the best decision for themselves and their
employers.

IBM is in the Aix/Linux/Java business today.  Has been for quite a
while.  IBM is not an active player in the integrate the iSeries into
a Windows application network business. Heck, it is not much of a
player in the native iSeries application sector either ( ILE has not
been improved in 15 years! )

Customers who plan to continue using  the iSeries in an windows
application network have to learn more about .NET and have to use it. 
There is no other choice.
