I don't have a clue why its sending the message, but you can always
add a system reply list entry (WRKSYSRPYLE) to shut it up. There could be
some
reason you'd actually want to pay attention to that message, but given that
you
are already effectively ignoring it, why not automate it? :)

FWIW, poking through all the PQT410x messages shows theya are all hardware
related, with 4101 being the most generic. Could be lots of things:
stuck/worn/damaged paper/door sensor, dead/dying cooling fan, loose SIMM
connection, etc, etc. Likely needs serviced, but without any clear errors,
they'd be guessing too. (But if you have a maintenance contract, make them
guess anyways.)
