If you can execute SNDMSG in that program why can't you do ADDLIBLE in it as well? Or perhaps you were thinking of changing the JOBD's INLIBL that is used by QRWTSRVR job? On our systems it runs under QGPL/QDFTJOBD on V5R1 and QGPL/QDFTSVR on V5R3. You might need to restart the subsystem, not sure. I gave it a little effort and made some headway. I had the RPG stored procedure SNDMSG to a msgq so I could tell what job was running. Job name QRWTSRVR, user QUSER. Commands in the RPG like chgjob log(4 0 *seclvl) logclpgm(*yes) were ignored. Printed output was produced under a 2nd job, qprtjob, with the user profile from my sql connection string. I still dont know how the QRWTSRVR job can be made to have the correct library list so the service program can loaded. -Steve
