   failed with Systems Network Architecture (SNA) sense code X'FFFE0001'. A
   value of 00000000 indicates that no sense code was available.

CPP1234
   or CPP1235. These messages can provide additional information about the
   failure.

I tried looking for the above mentioned manual, but could not find it.
