Bob, have a look at the QSYSOPR message queue on the production system. I
suspect you will find an eveke request error message. the second level
text should guide to what went wrong. Probably a security error. not
authorized to device.

I am trying to SAVRSTxxx from a new iSeries to our production iSeries. I
have followed the directions below, but I am still having problems. I can
SAVRSTxxx from production to new iSeries, but not from new iSeries to
production. I get a Session start request failed. Something about not
allowing communications between LUs on the same control point. What am I
doing wrong?
