I'd like to point out that I recieved very good treatment - whatever my problem (and those of my traveling companions), if you talked to them about it, they went out of their way to make it right. I don't know why so many others had problems. I found service to be pretty good. rick ---original message---------- That's good news, Leo! For all the complaints from others on the list this week about the customer service at Gaylord Palms, it sounds like the frontline support (front desk, onsite managers) still needs some work at customer service, though.
