Tape Rotation Schedule ?

We have been saving daily tapes for 21 days and weekly for 7 weeks.
Monthly we save just over a year.

Recently the auditors came in and told us to keep daily tapes for 8 weeks
(think of the cash for that increase).  But the home office said 28 days is
sufficient.  Currently we are in the process of getting the approval for
the extra tapes to implement the 28 day rotation.
