I can't say that I am personally feeling the effects of all this outsourcing (yet!), but I agree wholeheartedly with Clare's sentiments, that this is not the correct forum for giving TRAINING to ANY individual, Indian or otherwise. I most certainly am not a racist, religious bigot, political extremist, homophobe .... or a practitioner of any other non-tolerant sect, but If a colleague in my company needs training, I have the option of arranging internal or external courses for them - either way it costs the business real time & £money. Those who are trying to use this forum as a classroom are cheating us (in more ways than one), they are cheating themselves out of formal education, and cheating the training sector out of business. I for one will not be replying in the future, to any postings that are so transparently 'lessons'. Kind regards, Jeffrey E.
