think we all figured it out.
In fairness to him, I thought your price for initial onsite setup did
include some training?

In fairness, John, since you don't do it in either your "newsletter" or in
your posting, you might want to mention that you're a newlook partner (or
at
least they think so, since they advertise you on their website).
I always get a kick out of the fact that the number one benefit of being a
newlook implementation partner is "training and consulting revenue".

With PSC/400, there really is no training required, since everything is
based on open standards. We get you up and running overnight and away you
go. Because PSC/400 uses open standards, wherever companies already have
one JSP-knowledgeable person they typically don't need any training. And
if
you don't have that expertise inhouse, we do onsite training.
