Not wanting to drag this out one iota, but since I did the original post... I had no problem recognizing he (John) was a vendor from his newsletter (words like "demo" and "30 day trial offer" are abundantly clear. I and probably everyone else on this list take anyone's statement about products and "filter" the comments. In my request, (which is for a software vendor), I was looking for both end user and software houses that have gone thru this kind of project.
