Client Access can do the transfer to excel format. Not sure what email system he's using but maybe a cl can trigger a process on a pc that would fire the transfer, and send the emails. We did this with EDI a few years back when we had a PC based translation package. The Customer Service person would just initiate a process from within our OEI, and the whole thing would go.
