That all depends upon how the user's PC is configured. But that's not my problem here. My problem is Excel expressing numbers in scientific notation if they are too many digits. I need to be able to format the columns (at least to change them to Text). Mike E. Double-clicking an e-mail attachment with a .csv opens automatically in Excel for us.
