You could completely automate the process utilizing MS Query (an optionally installed component of Office) and Visual Basic for Applications (which is included with Office. I have created many spreadsheets that download data, some even reformat the data into a presentation format, and then mail themselves. I haven't created any that autoexecute but that's a minor consideration. Bill
