CSV won't work here, the user absolutely, positively will not accept anything but an honest-to-god XLS file. And we want to generate and e-mail the XLS file with no user intervention, so the package would need a command interface. I know about SEQUEL, but my boss thinks it's too pricey. I'm working on learning Java, so I once I feel comfortable with it, I suppose I could use HSSF, but I'm going to scare people if I make them call Java programs from RPG.
