Here's a link for the J14, which says it's the UPS cable. Is that what you mean?

On our older 270, this cable has the center pin (of the 5-pin side, not the 4-pin side) missing (for allowing insertion in only one port). All other pins are present, both ends.

Found this link via IBM's improved search engine - searched for J14. No finds for J19.
