Don't take my word for it and blow something up, but doesn't the UPS go to
J14? Maybe that's why it isn't working.
I think this used to be documented in the Physical Planning guide, but I am
unable to find the information in Info Center.

We are trying to make a new cable from our new UPS to the servers. We have
been unable to have it successfully work. Does anyone have or know where to
fine the pin out diagrams for the J19 port? I have searched Google quite a
bit and have found nothing that really works.
