Diana, We have support line hourly contract, and we seldom use it. I may call once per year for product support. I am concerned about increases in maintenance costs. If they keep the costs the same as the current software subscription, I will be ok with that ... but I don't see them wanting to lose the revenue they are currently getting with support line contracts.
