Oh, yes. NONE of my customers pay for support line. They pay me to know the answers. They will not be happy about this. We had a nice thread going on about this on ignite/400's ML. If that is the case, we are going to have a large budget increase when management is pressuring us to reduce maintenance costs. Currently, we budget $2000 for Support Line and usually spend less than $600 (typically in off-hours). Is anyone else concerned about this announcement increasing the maintenance costs?
