Thanks for the suggestion.  I will look at creating a monthly zip archive
and see how it works.

Use a ZIP file, and put WinZip on the CD.  Have an icon that fires up
WinZip.  They can easily page through the documents and double-click on one
for viewing.  It's fast and painless.
