Chris, Hey....I am on your side! Certainly agree that charging you for what you are already entitled to, is some form of arm-twisting, if not robbery! But---its like being in a poker game...you aren't the dealer holding the cards....and nothing happens until the cards are dealt and the ante is made. I wish you all the best...but as I said earlier...your purse is probably gonna be a bit lighter after the dust clears. Getting the "legalcrats" involved will probably cost you a bit as well if you choose to go that route... When we do an upgrade...we cover these items with our suppliers prior; not after---then budget accordingly. Easy to say....
