I don't know what release it was first implemented on, but even if I attempt to
prompt the command from the V3R2 previous release support library (eg
?QsysV3R2M0/SbmJob) it is there.

But I also don't think it has anything to do with copying the *LDA to the
submitted job.  I believe that happens whether or not you copy environment
variables   Environment variables tend to be used more with QShell (see also
menu CMDENVVAR).
