I agree with the sentiment that, with only a few months time span expected,
there you should just the tools at home for the duration.  Why spend *your*
money to hire a lawyer to get the Exhibit right just to save your employer time
and possibly give them something to contest later at your expense?

But to me the larger issue is not even the pre-existing tools you can identify
and declare in an Exhibit.  To me the scary thing is the wording where they
claim ownership to your every idea while in their employ.  What happens when
those months are up and you transition to the client?  Are they going to claim
breach of contract or theft / misappropriation of "their" knowledge or ideas?

Who is to prove when you first had an "idea"?
