non-confidential - They can tell anyone about it and I would think as much as they want to about it. irrevocable - They can use it forever, even after you are gone. free - You are not making anything from it. right to use in any way whatsoever - They could make money off of it, and do whatever they want with it. But if all you are wanting to do is make sure they can not stop you from using it, I did not see the world Transfer any where. And if you just say what is on the CD, and not a detailed list, you will have to make a copy of the CD and give it to someone, so if it goes to court you can prove it was done before you gave every thing to them, instead of after.
