× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Yes & yes.

I just go back to my previous example of comparing searches in Softcopy and
InfoCenter.  If Softcopy can be smart enough to put the PDM manual at the
top of the search list, why can't Infocenter.  And ditto the previous
comments regarding duplicate hits.
