Yes you're clear, yes I agree.

It's either a question of competence or funding.  It can be done and
many other sites do it very well.  When I have a problem with Microsoft
software, I have found their TechNet Knowledge Base to be almost a
pleasure to use.  (Wish I didn't need to use it as often :)).
