I believe they send an email to postmaster@yourdomain.com, assuming that you
have a postmaster email address set up.

Sort of amusing, sort of annoying...  I have a friend that works for a major
healthcare group (hospitals, clinics, etc.) in the state.  This week they
started using this list to block potential spam.  Their in-coming mail
dropped off dramatically.  Even other major organizations were blocked, and
all mail from the largest DSL provider in the area (SW Bell) was too.  I
haven't heard what they are going to do yet.
