Experience with Quadrant Software

We received an email (to our general business email account) from someone at
Quadrant Software, wanting to discuss their partner program with us.  From
their email and website I see that they provide a Electronic Document
Distribution product.  I've spoken with other vendors who want IT service
firms to hawk their products, and it seems like once you show a little
interest your deluged with marketing.  So I thought I'd ask the list if
anyone has experience with them before I proceed.  Does their software do
what they say it will?  Do they provide good tech support?  Etc.  Feel free
to give me your feedback off-list.  Thanks.
